Where are your clothes made?
Our pieces are responsibly manufactured in small workshops in Portugal and Italy. We work with demanding partners, chosen for their expertise and artisanal approach—exactly the slow and quality-focused ethos that we champion.

Do you have stock?
Exceptionally for Christmas: yes.
No pre-orders during this period. All available items have already been produced and are ready to ship — to avoid the stress of the end of the year and guarantee you quick delivery.

What are the delivery times?
For Christmas, expect to receive your order in less than 6 days.
The idea: to let you give (or treat yourself to) a Jour Off without waiting.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return or exchange an item, as long as it is in perfect condition.
