All our pieces are responsibly produced in small workshops in Italy and Portugal. We work only with trusted partners who share our vision of quality, respect, and craftsmanship.

Do you keep stock?
No — Jour Off operates 100% on pre-orders. It’s our way of fighting overproduction, waste, and impulsive fashion. Each item is made just for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since we produce only what we sell, delivery times are slightly longer. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. We believe slow fashion is worth the wait.

Can I return or exchange a pre-ordered item?
Yes. You can return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your item — even on pre-orders. Just make sure the product is unworn and in perfect condition.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you hesitate between two sizes, feel free to DM us on Instagram — we’ll help you out personally.
